Due to the nature and costs of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

· Your order number
· Clear photos of the item and its packaging
· A clear video of the unboxing process (to help us verify the condition upon arrival and expedite your claim)
· A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved only if:

· The item is damaged or defective on arrival
· The wrong item was sent
· The order cannot be delivered due to our error

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service first.
